Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I moved to Ellensburg to complete my Master’s degree in Exercise Science at Central Washington University. Shortly after, I went on to obtain my massage therapy license so I could pair my knowledge of human health and performance with a hands on component in order to best serve my clients. 

My massages are curated based on what you need when you land on my table, and therefore I use whichever techniques will best help you achieve your therapeutic goals. I have a passion for working with injury rehabilitation and helping individuals return to the activities they love, whatever they may be. My goal is for my clients to leave every session feeling cared for, listened to and inspired to continue optimizing their physical and mental health.
